- General Audit of working of existing Units.
- Submission of Report for reducing down time, increasing mill extraction, reducing Bagasse Pol and Moisture, reducing Steam Consumption per Tonne of cane crushed, reducing losses in Boiling House and increasing Sugar Recovery.
- Expansion upto 20% more from the existing milling plant with maximising mill extraction, i.e., not less than 96% and balancing Boiling house with the same steam generation and consumption by reducing over all steam consumption in Boiling House.
- Modernisation, Instrumentation and Automation in the plant and machinery on need based basis for smooth working as well as reducing man power.
- Efficiently reuse of waste condensate by recycling as well as using available heat to save more bagasse.
- Adding Cogeneration and export of power to the Grid with the saved steam to increase profitability.
- To incorporate Distillery to the interested parties.
- Helping in getting consent from State Pollution Control Board as well as Central Pollution Control Board.
