Today with current market scenario, stand alone Sugar Plant is not viable unless it is converted into Sugar Complex having sugar, distillation and power as its product.
In the process of sugar production, molasses is the main bi-product which is used for distillation to produce rectified sprit. This is very interesting to know that to produce rectified sprit no extra power or steam is required but the same is generated from the bio-gas which is produced in biodigester and used as fuel in the boiler to generate required steam and electric power.
The rectified sprit is the raw material for down the steam many important chemicals.
We provide solutions for setting up Distillery along with Sugar unit as per the size of the Sugar Plant and availability of the raw material in the vicinity of the Sugar Plant/Distillery. |
