In case all orders are placed on different manufacturers we also do the engineering from terminal to terminal supplies. In our views this is the best way of ordering to get the plant completed well in time as well as economically.
- To take part in negotiations along with the officials of the Company for discussing specifications of the equipments to be ordered. Price negotiations are done by the Purchasers.
- Vetting the equipments drawings with due modifications or corrections if required.
- Designing of Civil Foundations and Structures for equipments and machineries.
- Stage Inspection at Suppliers/Manufacturers Shops before dispatch for quality and assessment of work done to avoid excess undue payment.
- Regular inspection of store materials purchased at site.
- Inspection of Erection Quality of the Equipments or Machineries by the designated contractors.
- Supervising testing of all equipments and machineries after erection.
- Supervising the commissioning of the plant and machinery to the entire satisfaction of the Management.
- To supervise the working of the plant and machinery to produce quality sugar with minimum losses ( Not more than 1.6 to 1.8 on cane, Alcohol production as per capacity and quality and export of Power at pre designed capacity.
- To supervise overhauling and maintenance of the Plant during Ist of season with minimum expenditure and re-commissioning of the Plant for 2nd season to entire satisfaction of the Purchasers and handing over the Plant after 01 month of crushing.
